International Shipping

We offer worldwide delivery. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, based on the weight, size and destination of your product.

All orders placed via this website will be shipped from England using DHL express.

Customs Value Declaration

We are not able to declare orders as "gifts" or mark incorrect low values on Customs declarations. This is considered fraud by the US Government.

Import Fees/Duty/Tax

If your country of residence imposes import fees, duty, VAT, GST/HST, etc., you would be responsible for paying those fees. Our carrier would inform you of any fees at the time of delivery. jules&agatha® does not collect or pay import fees, and claims no expertise on this subject. If you are not familiar with your country's import policies, please research the matter before placing your order.

Return Policy

Our products were manufactured with you in mind. We’re confident that you’ll love them, but if you’re unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll be able to assist with processing the return and issuing a refund.

Please note that we are not able to refund shipping costs. All costs associated with returning products are your responsibility.

If your products are post stamped outside the 14 day return window, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Upon reception and inspection, if the product is in its original condition, not damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error, we will send you an email and your refund will be processed within 45 days.

Sale & Special Offers

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to ship orders out within 14 business days. Depending on your destination address, orders can take 14-30 business days to reach you.
How can I check the status of my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped out.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We do our best to ship orders out within 14 business days, which means we might not catch yours in time to modify or cancel it. If you'd like to modify or cancel an order, please contact us ASAP and we'll do our best. You can either email us or chat us at the bottom right corner of this window.
However, if your order has already been processed, we can’t cancel it and you will need to wait for the goods to be delivered at your place, before sending it back, after contacting us.
